All ATM placement arrangements are governed by a signed Merchant Agreement or Placement Agreement.

Cash funding responsibilities
Insurance requirements
Termination provisions
Website information does not modify or replace signed agreements.
3. ATM Transaction Fees

Fees charged by the customer’s financial institution

Bank-imposed foreign ATM fees

Notify Vault Cash Solutions of suspicious activity or damage
Carry general liability insurance as outlined in the merchant agreement
Merchants may be held financially responsible for damage caused by negligence or failure to maintain a secure environment.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Minnesota law, Vault Cash Solutions shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits or business interruption
ATM downtime caused by power outages, telecom failures, or network processors
Theft, vandalism, or criminal acts beyond our reasonable control
Force majeure events including natural disasters, severe weather, or civil disturbances
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid under the applicable service agreement in the preceding three (3) months.
6. Compliance & Regulatory Obligations
Vault Cash Solutions operates in accordance with:
Federal banking regulations
Electronic Funds Transfer Act (EFTA)
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations
Applicable Minnesota state laws
Payment network rules (Visa, Mastercard, Cirrus, etc.)
Merchants agree to cooperate with any reasonable compliance requests required by processors or regulators.

Merchants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vault Cash Solutions from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
Location negligence
Criminal activity at the merchant’s premises
Breach of agreement
Misuse of ATM equipment
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
